Location Permission
Location permission is requested during seller registration to capture the exact registered delivery location. The registered address and location are used to help delivery personnel reach the approved business location accurately.
The registered delivery address is treated as a verified business address and cannot ordinarily be changed by the seller through the application. Any required correction must be requested through SpiceMonk Support and may be subject to re-verification.

Camera permission is used when a seller chooses to capture or upload a payment proof attachment or another document supported by the application. Camera access is not intended to be used continuously in the background.
Microphone Permission
Microphone permission is used when a seller chooses to record a voice instruction while creating an order. Voice instructions should contain only information relevant to the order.

A seller may request account closure through SpiceMonk Support. Order, ledger, payment and verification records may be retained where necessary for legal, accounting, security or dispute-resolution purposes.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be made available through the application or related website.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 11 September 2026
Product and Order Review
Product information, applicable conditions and other relevant details are made available during the ordering process. Once an order is submitted, the seller is responsible for reviewing the order information shown in the application.
Payment Made Through UPI or QR
SpiceMonk Business does not use an in-app payment gateway for seller payments. A seller may transfer the amount to the UPI ID or QR code provided by the SpiceMonk administrator and upload the payment proof through the application.
Payment Verification
Uploaded payment proof is subject to review and approval by the SpiceMonk administrator. A payment will be treated as received only after it has been verified and approved by the administrator. Uploading an attachment alone does not constitute confirmation of payment.
Refunds
Refunds are not automatic. If a refund is approved by SpiceMonk, it may be processed through the appropriate payment method or account, subject to verification, payment records and applicable banking procedures. Any bank or payment-provider delay may affect the time taken for the amount to be credited.
Support
For payment discrepancies, duplicate transfers, incorrect ledger entries or other payment concerns, contact SpiceMonk Support with the order number, payment reference and supporting proof.
3. Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: 11 September 2026
Seller Cancellation
A seller may request cancellation of an order only before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation will generally not be available.
Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests may be subject to order status, stock availability, operational processing and administrator confirmation. The seller should not assume that an order is cancelled until the updated status is shown in the application or confirmed by SpiceMonk.
Payment and Ledger Treatment
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the related order and ledger records may be adjusted by SpiceMonk after verification. Any payment already transferred through UPI or QR will be handled according to the applicable refund and payment-verification process.
Cancellation by SpiceMonk
SpiceMonk may cancel or suspend an order because of product unavailability, incorrect information, serviceability limitations, payment discrepancies, suspected fraud, account issues, operational reasons or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 11 September 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing or using the SpiceMonk Business application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the application or place an order.
2. Seller Registration and Approval
Registration does not automatically create an approved seller account. All seller accounts are subject to administrator review and approval. SpiceMonk may request documents or additional information before approval.
3. Authorized Use
The application is intended for legitimate business ordering by approved sellers, distributors and business customers. A seller must provide accurate information and must not share login credentials, OTPs or access with unauthorized persons.
4. Order Creation
Approved sellers may create orders without making payment at the time of order placement. Orders are recorded in the seller’s ledger, including order-wise amounts and the total outstanding amount.
5. Ledger and Outstanding Amount
The ledger is maintained for business-account tracking and may show total billed amount, order-wise amounts, payments recorded, outstanding balance and payment status. Ledger figures are subject to administrative verification and correction where required.
6. Payment by UPI or QR
Sellers may make payments using the UPI ID or QR code provided by the SpiceMonk administrator. The seller must upload valid payment proof where requested. Payment is considered received only after administrator verification and approval. SpiceMonk does not provide an in-app payment gateway for these seller payments.
7. Delivery Address and Location
The seller’s registered address is verified and used for delivery. The seller ordinarily cannot change the registered delivery address through the application. Any correction must be requested through Support and may require re-verification. Sellers must ensure that the registered location remains accurate and accessible.
8. Permissions
The application may request camera permission for attachments, microphone permission for voice order instructions, notification permission for order/payment/offer updates and location permission for accurate seller registration and delivery.
9. Cancellation and No Returns
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch in accordance with the Cancellation Policy. Orders are not eligible for return under the No Return Policy, subject to any written exception expressly confirmed by SpiceMonk.
10. Voice Instructions and Attachments
Voice instructions and uploaded attachments must be relevant, lawful and accurate. Sellers must not upload confidential information belonging to another person or business without authorization.
11. Account Suspension
SpiceMonk may suspend, restrict or deactivate an account for false information, failed verification, misuse, fraud, non-payment, abusive conduct, policy violations or other legitimate reasons.
12. Intellectual Property
The SpiceMonk name, logo, application design, content, graphics, text and related materials are owned by or licensed to SpiceMonk. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
13. Service Availability
SpiceMonk aims to keep the application available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, network problems, security incidents or events beyond reasonable control.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SpiceMonk will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the application or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts having jurisdiction over Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes to Terms
SpiceMonk may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after an update means that the revised Terms apply to future use.
